Data is the fuel that powers artificial intelligence.
Training machine learning and AI systems requires data. Also, the quality of the dataset has a great impact on the system’s results.
But compiling high-quality real-world data for AI and ML can be difficult and expensive.
That’s where synthetic data comes in.
Nathan Kundtz, our guest on this week’s AI podcast episode, is the founder and CEO of Rendered.ai, a platform-as-a-service that creates synthetic data for training AI models. The company has also joined NVIDIA Inceptionis a free global program that fosters cutting-edge startups.
Kundtz is a physicist by training and holds a PhD. He earned his PhD from Duke University and previously founded Cometa, a hybrid satellite cellular his network company.
Host Noah Kravitz told Kundtz how AI can be used to generate the data needed to create better AI.
